Terms of Service Policy

  • 1.Equipment(s) still under warranty must be accompanied by the warranty card.
  • 2.Original receipts must be brought at the time of retrieval equipment(s).
  • 3.All payment of repair cost and replacement part must be in cash.
  • 4.Reparations will be refused or cancel if
  • 5.Equipment is old. (discontinued spare parts).
  • 6.Was not possible in reparations (exposed to liquid or rusty, etc).
  • 7.Reparations already confirmed and cancel by customer, will be charged an administrative fee of 30% of the repair service fee.
  • 8.Equipment that has been repaired and is not taken over more than 3 months from the date of completion of reparations in the event of loss or damage again then is not the responsibility of Primaimaging.
  • 9.Primaimaging is not responsible for the repaired equipment(s) in the event of incidents beyond our control or force majeure (fire, flood, eart quake, riot, war, etc).
  • 10.Shipping to and from Primaimaging to customers outside Jakarta is borne by customers.
  • 11.Damages parts can not be returned to customers.
